Successful Au Pair placements are made when the support needs of a family are met by an Au Pair who at the same time achieves a happy experience in the UK. Our goal as an Agency is to help families and Au Pairs achieve this success. To do this, our service includes:
- Discussion with families to clarify their expectations of an Au Pair
- Providing guidelines on Au Pair programs and information on regulations
- Supplying information files on candidate Au Pairs from our partner agencies
- Helping families select Au Pairs and the steps through till an Au Pair arrives
- Supporting families and Au Pairs during the placement to resolve problems
- Help to Au Pairs during their orientation in the UK
