Bunters Au Pair Agency
My name is Caroline and I am the Director of Bunters Au Pair and Nannies Agency who own the aupairsnannies.com website and the nannyagency.co.uk website. Bunters was founded as an Agency in the late 1960's in the Manchester area in the formative years of the au pair experience becoming more widespread in the UK.

I took over Bunters in 1994, and since then I have run it as my family business. I have three children and we were a host family for many Au pairs over a period of 10 years. So I pride myself as having  personal experience and insight into the practicalities of the host family / Au Pair relationship.

Although I have seen many changes over the years, I have kept the same vision and ethos for Bunters.

Our Vision
To provide a professional and efficient service to both Families and Au Pairs, whilst being personally approachable to listen, discuss individual requirements and concerns and to offer the benefit of my substantial experience.

Quality
Quality means striving for achieving successful Au Pair placements that meet the needs of both the Family and the Au Pair by:

• ensuring that the expectations of the Family and the Au Pair are clear at the beginning
• seeking to verify that both the Family and the Au Pair circumstances are appropriate
• being available after the Au Pair arrives to listen to and help resolve concerns
• offering Au Pairs opportunities whilst they are here to broaden their Cultural Experience

To further enhance my quality approach, I became a member of IAPA International Au Pair Association in 1999 and in 2003, I was a founder member of the UK equivalent body BAPAA, the British Au Pair Association.
