How we work
Bunters (We or us or Our) guide you through the process of engaging an Au Pair and we are involved at several stages. At any time during this process, you can ask us questions, share your concerns or bounce your thoughts off us. The following are the main steps in the process:

Step 1 – The Family (You) registers their interest on www.aupairsnannies.com or they contact Bunters by telephone or e-mail.

Step 2 – We discuss your requirements with you and confirm whether engaging an Au Pair is an appropriate option for your needs.

Step 3 – We request that you access your Home Page, using the Password you entered, and to provide all the details required in support of the engagement process e.g. photographs, personal details.

Step 4 – We provide access to you from your Home Page to the details of appropriate available Au Pairs based on the information you have provided. These details will be the files associated with the Au Pairs that have been provided to us by an overseas Agency and includes photographs, personal details, references and certificates.

Step 5 – After reviewing this information, You inform us whether You want to speak to an Au Pair on the phone or by Skype.

Step 6 – We arrange the interview through our associated overseas Agency and agree to temporarily  reserve the Au Pair for you.

Step 7 – You conduct your interview with the Au Pair and then provide us with feedback and if You wish to offer an engagement to the Au Pair.

Step 8 – We provide Your feedback to our associated overseas Agency, who in turn checks the views of the Au Pair.

Step 9 – If both You and the Au Pair agree to proceed, we will confirm the engagement and invoice You for Bunters Placement Fee.

Step 10 – You provide us with an Invitation Letter to the Au Pair (see the section on Family/Au Pair Agreements) along with Our Fee. We send Your letter to our associated overseas Agency, who in turn assists the Au Pair to book their travel arrangements.

Step 11 – We discuss the travel arrangements with You to confirm that they are suitable and that You can confirm that You will be able to meet the Au Pair at an agreed location.

Step 12 – We confirm the travel arrangements with our overseas Agency and the Au Pair completes their bookings.

Step 13 - You meet the Au Pair as agreed and the engagement starts.
